Terms of Service
1. The service
Tympli lets you place voice calls from your web browser to phones worldwide on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Calls are billed per second of connected time at the rate shown before and during the call. There are no subscriptions and no connection fees.
2. Accounts and credits
You sign in with your email address. Call credit is prepaid, denominated in US dollars, and does not expire. Credit is not a deposit and earns no interest. Purchased credit is refundable on request for the unused balance within 14 days of purchase; promotional credit is not refundable or payable in cash.
3. Pricing
Per-minute rates vary by destination and are shown in the app before you call. The exact rate for a dialed number is fixed when the call starts and appears on the call receipt. Rates may change between calls; a call in progress is never repriced.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Tympli for unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, unsolicited marketing (spam) calls, caller-ID misrepresentation, or traffic pumping / toll-fraud schemes. We may suspend accounts showing abusive calling patterns and, where required, report them to authorities.
5. Service quality and availability
Calls traverse the public internet and third-party carrier networks. We do not guarantee availability, call quality, or uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount of unused credit in your account. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damages arising from inability to reach emergency services.
7. Termination
You can stop using Tympli at any time and request a refund of unused purchased credit. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
