Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in), call records (number dialed, duration, price — required for billing and shown on your receipts), wallet transactions, and inbound text messages received on numbers you rent from us. We do not record call audio unless you explicitly start a recording.
Why we collect it
To provide the service: connecting calls, per-second billing, receipts, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your call records for advertising.

Retention
Call records and wallet ledgers are kept while your account exists, as they are your billing history. If you delete your account, personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting law.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time: hello@tympli.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
